At Docty, we take your privacy and data security seriously. We understand the importance of giving users the ability to control and delete their data when desired. Below is our clear and transparent process for user data deletion in compliance with platform policies from Facebook, Google, Apple, and others.

1️⃣ What Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data:

  • Name, email address, and phone number.

  • Social media profile data (if you login using Facebook, Google, or Apple).

  • App usage data, preferences, and history.

  • Other data you voluntarily provide while using the app.

2️⃣ How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from our systems, you can make a data deletion request through any of the following methods:

🔹 In-App Request

  • Open the app and navigate to:
    Profile → Settings → Delete My Account.

  • Confirm your request. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

🔹 Email Request

  • Send an email to [support@yourapp.com] with the subject: “Delete My Account”

  • Include your account email/username so we can identify and delete your data.

🔹 Contact Form

  • Visit our website’s Contact Us page at www.yourapp.com/contact

  • Fill out the form and mention your request for account/data deletion.

3️⃣ What Happens When You Delete Your Data?

  • Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

  • You will lose access to any personalized features or services linked to your account.

  • Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or security purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, regulatory compliance), but it will not be used for any other purpose.
